Real estate expansion has resulted in recurring income contribution to the company. We operate our real estate through subsidiaries, PT Duta Graha Living and PT Duta Buana Permata. We leverage our competence not only as a contractor but also as property developer through real estate segment. We are seeking partnership with land bank owners to develop this segment in the long run.
